We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

- Payments are due according to the agreed schedule, whether one-time, monthly, or annual
- Late payments may result in service suspension after a grace period
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in the specific service agreement
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service contract
6. Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous and reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may experience downtime due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
- Unforeseen technical issues or infrastructure failures
- Force majeure events beyond our control
- Third-party service provider outages
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, and materials associated with our services are the intellectual property of Joyo Digitama Solusi or its licensors. This includes:
- Source code, designs, and documentation for our products
- Website content, logos, and branding materials
- Proprietary algorithms and technical implementations
Custom software developed specifically for a client is governed by the terms of the individual service agreement, which will specify ownership and licensing rights.
8. Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Key commitments include:
- Compliance with Indonesian data protection laws (UU PDP)
- Industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest
- Regular security assessments and vulnerability testing
- Transparent data handling practices
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Joyo Digitama Solusi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event
- We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from service interruptions
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, submitted to the competent courts in Malang, East Java, Indonesia.
